Our 3 year old Rottweiler Bruce has had ongoing issues with pulling and lunging on his lead when walking. He was extremely reactive to the environment around him, anything including humans, dogs, bikes and footballs!
Despite our best efforts with previous training and advice we were at the end of our tether.
We contacted Chaz who immediately made us feel comfortable. He explained the psychology behind Bruce’s behaviour.
Within one 1:1 day session with Chaz, Bruce has become a changed dog. He is calm, engages on walks and we both feel confident taking him out during the day which previously we couldn’t have contemplated.
Chaz has improved not only Bruce’s quality of life, but also ours too.
We are looking forward to continuing to improve our confidence and continue Bruce’s massive improvement through the group sessions with Chaz in the near future.
We will be forever grateful to Chaz for his understanding, exceptional skills and making life for us all so much more fulfilling.

Our dog Harley (19 months) had issues with reacting to other dogs whilst on the lead and pulling to say hello to them.
She would pull regardless of if we walked her on her collar or on the harness and after trying every technique recommended to us we were at the point of giving up and just facing the fact we had a dog that pulled hard on the lead.
After just a single day of training with Chaz, Harley was essentially transformed, she is now able to walk past other dogs without issue, she will sometimes have a little glance but she never tries to pull over to them. The training Chaz did with Harley we’ve reinforced daily and she’s now a totally different dog on walks, she is calm, engaged and listens and myself and my wife both feel comfortable and calm whilst walking her!
We couldn’t recommend Chaz enough, he was calm, understanding and informative, his expertise let us know what we were doing wrong and what we could change to get Harley walking the way we wanted.
